KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 19 — The Malaysian Army, as the lead agency of ‘Operation Murni’ (Op Murni), has received a contribution of RM100,000 from the National Disaster Management Agency for the procurement of support equipment to be used during the operation and the post-flood phase.

KOTA BHARU, Dec 18 — A total of 848 officers and members of the First Responder Team (FRT) and Forward Medical Team (FMT) have been deployed to conduct Op Murni in Kelantan and Terengganu's flood-affected areas.

KUANTAN, Jan 11 — The Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) will continue ‘Op Murni’ to assist flood victims until the end of the monsoon season, which is expected in March, said Senior Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
